These integrations are configured by merchants.
KAVIX provides the software infrastructure but does not control merchants' advertising practices.

KAVIX does not use confidential merchant content to train public AI models without appropriate authorization or legal basis.

21. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) where applicable.
